To be able to loose that extra weight, when you know and you feel that you’ve reached your limit.. it just feels so devastating when you’re not seeing that apparent change in weight.
All you have to do is do that extra work out, get those extra repetitions into it, run that extra mile, push yourself further.
And drink that water. 49 min outdoor running today. Feels fucking good.

So, I heard I managed to run 7km in 45 min today on the treadmill.
Almost vomited due to the pressure though, shit was scary in the end.

The psychological impact on diet.
Back on track, feels good man. Hopefully I can reach 105kg this weekend although I’m a bit skeptical.

So after a day of awesome school and work out I’m left with a quite horrible muscle pain, feels good bro.
I did quite evidently lose a bit of muscle mass but nothing to serious I hope :3
So, today I started working out again, mondays usually means shoulder/breast routines which are great in my opinion.
Due to previous illness I suspect that I actually have lost a bit of muscle mass which ofc is a bad thing in my case, I noticed this when I started with dumbell press which ended up like on the picture.
Dumbell just went, NO VICTOR, YOU’RE WAY TO WEAK FOR ME.
