Training #1

This is a project blog made by me Victor, I'm a 18 year old student in Sweden. I study Cultural Science there and as a hobby I train/work out a lot.

This blog will be a progress diary-kinda thing made off my daily working out basis and its progress/failures, I have fair experience when it comes to diets and loosing weight in general as I was heavily over-weight 2 years ago, I started working out, eating healthy and lost 25 kilos during 6 months.

I'll be posting pictures hopefully as well as tips/tricks for people who want to get into heavy weight-lifting training or for those who wants to loose a few pounds/kilo/Lbs whatever your country measures in.

Also, here's my philosophy on how to loose weight, works for me :

Weight timeline:

2009: 130kg
2010: 105kg
2011: 118kg

Today: 106kg
So today I walked into the gym and I was immediatly grabbed by personal trainer ( Carro ) and I was thrown into a rage attack with the topic of my horrible eating habits.
So, the story behind this is that I did a 3-day eating schedule home for my PT to give me diet advice on my eating habits, so apparently (LOL) it turned out pretty bad because she did give me a rant on it today. I’ve been eating fairly well although there’s room for improvement almost everywhere. I’m not getting enough protein daily so there’s a risk I might loose muscles due to this, also my lunch habits are horrible. To my defence it is mainly due to the shitty school lunch which I can’t do anything about, but yeah.
She finished flaming me by giving me the solutions which will be a step-by-step schedule for food during a complete day. I’ll try and post it in the future, it’s great for weight-loss, she knows what she’s doing Carro, I’m just a bit lazy.
